I challenge you to join me in the Healthy Habits Challenge. For the next 30 days: I commit to stopping: (insert your kryptonite here). A behavior you routinely do that hurts rather than helps you. (examples: drinking, smoking, over eating, gossiping) AND

Start Challenge

This portion of the Challenge is for everyone. We will provide a variety of free resources for all to use. For the first 30 days, we challenge you to keep a food journal to document daily intake as well as thoughts and feelings you encounter. We recommend using MeOMi as a meal replacement with all the essential nutrients, pre and probiotics, gut healthy enzymes that was actually created by a nationally recognized bariatric surgeon.

What is good nutrition? Good nutrition means your body gets all the nutrients, vitamins, and minerals it needs to work its best. We encourage you to plan your meals and snacks to include nutrient-dense foods that are also low in calories. This is a great opportunity to take advantage of online calls with our team of experts. Change/Start a Habit

In this phase of the Challenge participants will be encouraged to change a bad habit (or start a healthy one!). Bad habits interrupt your life and prevent you from accomplishing your goals. They jeopardize your health — both mentally and physically. And they waste your time and energy. Whether it's alcohol, cigarettes, or something else you want to work on, the time is now.

Form Healthy Habits

Identify two "bad" habits you'd like to improve. Identify two "healthy" habits you would like to establish. Create an action plan and work towards these goals over the next four weeks. Visit the resources page for inspiration and tools to help keep you on the right path.

Physical Activity

In this phase of the Challenge we will stress the importance of physical activity and cardio in preparation for the upcoming Crohn's and Colitis Take Steps Walk taking place on June 26th on the North Shore.
